Per strada ne vedo una marea di auto che in questa categoria del blog farebbero faville, purtroppo mi colgono sempre di sorpresa e quindi mi sfuggono. Non parcheggiano quasi mai, penso proprio che uno che ha una macchina veramente giusta non la spenga mai, è l’unica spiegazione possibile.

Sabato, tornando dal fidanzamento di Yahya (dove molte signore mi hanno scambiato per arabo per via degli occhi, a detta loro), ci siamo imbattuti in un pezzo d’autore: un’altra automobile “pimpata”! Questa volta le hanno anche cambiato il nome, o almeno credo; sì, perché dall’aspetto, sotto al bolide, sembra esserci una classica Proton Saga, ma il nome e lo stemma dicevano Mitsubishi. Forse, non contenti dell’aspetto da “Guerrieri della notte”, hanno voluto rendere l’auto più esotica cambiandole anche il nome. Di sicuro, un’auto così è l’ideale per Kuala Lumpur, visto che per com’è preparata dovrebbe andare anche su per i muri, e allora addio code…

Last Saturday, coming back from Yahya engagement (where many ladies exchanged me for an Arabian because of my eyes, according to them), we met a masterpiece: another pimped car! This time they also changed the name, or so I think; yes, because from the aspect, under the beast, it seems to be a classic Proton Saga, but the name and the logo said Mitsubishi. Perhaps, not yet satisfied from the “Night warriors” aspect, they wanted to render it even more exotic changing also its name. For sure, such a car is the ideal here in KL, since for how it’s been prepared it should be able to climb the walls, and then goodbye cues…

Oggi vi propongo l’auto che ho fotografato a Fraser’s Hill, una Proton Saga conciata come si deve. Notate la grazia del colore, la pregevole fattura dei cerchi e lo spoiler così discreto…

La seconda foto propone invece alcuni particolari negli interni, tralasciando la bandiera sul cofano attaccata per festeggiare il giorno dell’indipendenza: uno splendido cuscinetto Levi’s che non so a cosa serva (forse per la cintura di sicurezza), il pass VIP per il take away al fast-food e il dado, uno degli oggetti cult per chi vuole una vera auto tamarro…

The second picture instead offers few details about the inside, without considering the flag on the cowling pasted for the Independence Day celebration: a beautiful Levi’s plummer I don’t know what for (maybe for the seat belt), the VIP pass for the fast-food take away and the dice, a must have gadget for who really wants to pimp a car…

Come vedete dalla foto di oggi, tutto fa brodo: anche la carriola più sgangherata può essere assettata a mo’ di supercar, e sfrecciare tra le strade di Kuala Lumpur! Chi non si sentirebbe il nuovo Michael Knight al volante di un bolide del genere?

As you see from the picture, everything is fair: even the most gimcrack piece of junk can be set in a supercar, and run in the streets of Kuala Lumpur! Who wouldn’t feel the new Michael Knight driving such a fireball?

In un post precedente l'avete vista anche blu, inquadrata da dietro. Non so se quella dorata sia esattamente la stessa auto, ma si somigliano molto; magari è la versione più spinta.

In one of the previous posts you have seen it also blue, shoted from back. I don't know if the golden one is exctely the same car, but they look alike: maybe it is the extreme version.
