Ultimamente non abbiamo proprio tempo di scrivere (Nina non ce l’ha mai…), perché siamo proprio presi dal lavoro (martedì scorso sono andato a dormire alle otto di sera…). Il giorno che sono tornato prima erano le nove di sera, ma va bene così, finalmente un po’ di azione anche al lavoro. Questa settimana tra l’altro c’era Nadir in città (ricordate che ho già cucinato per lui?), e giovedì avrei dovuto andare a cena insieme a lui e Nina, ma son arrivato a casa verso le 9:40, così visto che anche Roger era appena tornato dal lavoro mi sono fermato da lui e abbiamo fatto del pollo alla griglia insieme.
Finalmente, arrivato il weekend, è iniziato il relax; ieri mattina piscina, e ieri sera la cena con Nadir, siamo usciti io, Nina, Anabella e Paul (il fratello maggiore di Nina che è arrivato un paio di settimane fa) e abbiamo cenato al buffet del Mandarin Oriental Hotel, uno dei migliori hotel di KL. Come da tradizione, quando c’è un buffet ci si abbuffa, e così è stato. Oggi pomeriggio porterò Nina da Massimo per un gelato, ormai mi serve la razione settimanale, troppo buono, se venite a KL dovete provarlo.
Lately we don’t have time for writing (Nina never has…), because we are working really hard (last Tuesday I went to sleep at 8 PM…). The day I came back earlier it was 9, but it’s ok, at last a little bit of action at work as well. Furthermore this week Nadir was in town (I already cooked for him, remember?), and I should have joined him for dinner on Thursday, but I arrived home at 9:40, and since Roger was also just arrived home I passed by his place and bbqed some chicken.
Finally the weekend arrived, and relax started; yesterday morning swimming pool, and yesterday eve dinner with Nadir, it was him, me, Nina, Anabella and Paul (Nina’s elder brother, who arrived last week) and we went to the buffet in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one of the best hotels in town. As usual, when there’s a buffet people get so full, and so we did. This afternoon I’ll take Nina to have gelato to Massimo’s place, now I need my weekly dose, it’s so unbelievable, if you ever come here you’ll have to try it.
